What the service does
You paste the terms of a project — or attach a document your browser reads the text out of — and a message from your client. An automated system compares the two and returns an opinion on whether the request falls inside those terms, along with draft wording for a reply.
This is not legal advice
The result is generated by a language model. It can be wrong, it can miss things, and it does not take account of your governing law, your jurisdiction, or anything you did not paste. It creates no lawyer–client relationship. For a decision that matters, take proper legal advice. You are responsible for anything you send to your client.
What you may paste
Only text you are entitled to share, whether you paste it or attach a document it comes from. Don’t send anything you are contractually barred from disclosing, anything containing other people’s personal data you have no right to pass on, or anything unlawful. Don’t attempt to overload, probe, or automate against the service.
Availability and price
Free checks are offered as-is, with no guarantee of availability, and their number per visitor is limited and may change. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the service at any time. Any prices shown for the full version are indicative until that version launches; nothing on this site takes payment. The annual figure on the home page is an illustration produced from the inputs you pick, not an estimate of your business.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from acting on its output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your content
The text you paste stays yours. We claim no rights over it and, as described in the privacy notice, we do not store it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
